2022-2023 Registration Information

Student Registration

Whether your child is a returning student from the previous school year or brand new to Spartanburg School District Three, his/her enrollment begins by registering online.

An email address is required to register.  If you do not have email, you may create an email address at following the directions below.

Returning Students

You will need your SNAPCODE - but registration is faster because you only update the information that has changed!
Click "Returning Students" below to register your returning students.

Letters containing the snapcode have been mailed to parents. Once you have received your student's snapcode, you can proceed to the online registration! This will save you time, because all your student's information from last year will be pre-filled!  Click the link above to begin.

New Students

New students are those who have never attended a school in Spartanburg School District Three or those who moved away to another school district and then returned to Spartanburg School District Three Schools.

First, students new to District 3 need to complete an application for enrollment prior to online registration.  Click one of the applications below that applies to your student:

B) NON-RESIDENT New Student Application
Please return these forms to the District Office.

*This is ONLY for students who are new to District Three. If your student is going to a new school but is a returning D3 student, please fill out the RETURNING STUDENT form.

A child’s registration will not be complete without this documentation.

Online Free and Reduced Application

Now you can either apply on-line for your children to receive free or reduced price school meals, or you can fill out a paper form and return to your child's school. Your online application will be sent from a secure website directly to the district's food service office, so you don’t need to worry about a paper form that could be lost or misplaced.

The Online Free and Reduced Lunch Application website has been designed to make it easy for you to know exactly what information you need to provide and to guide you through the process. Once your application has been received the district office will determine your eligibility and send you a letter with the results.

Paper applications are available at your school’s front office or school café.
