Mrs. Dubois's Chemistry class conducted flame tests to determine an unknown metal salt by examining the photons released after heating.
Mrs. Kanipe's AP Chemistry students proudly showcased their Energy projects, demonstrating their understanding of energy transformation, thermodynamics, and real world applications of Chemistry.
Mrs. Fox's Biology Honors classes studied population genetics using M&Ms.

The Miss Centurion Pageant invites any Broome female who is interested in participating in the 2026 Pageant to attend an informational meeting on Wednesday, November 12th. The meeting will explain important pageant dates and deadlines, scholarship opportunities and more.

Congratulations to the Broome High School Royal Regiment Marching Band! The Royal Regiment attended the 2A State Marching Band Championships this past Saturday where they placed 9th overall in Semifinals and qualified for State Finals for the 3rd year in a row!
During their Semifinals run they placed 6th for an Overall Music Ensemble score.
They placed 12th in Finals and were only a half a point away from their original 9th place finish earlier in the day. This is also the highest the band has placed in more than 12 years at Semifinals.
We are all very proud of our Royal Regiment Marching Band students!

Earth Science students visited Vulcan Materials and toured an open pit mine.
Broome High School will host the Region III AAA Cheer Competition on Thursday, October 23rd beginning at 6:00pm. 📣
Admission will be $10.00 and only South Carolina High School League passes will be accepted.

Mrs. Dubois' PLTW-PBS course is investigating blood spatter and analyzing DNA found at a simulated crime scene using gel electrophoresis.
Congratulations to the Royal Regiment Marching Band on an outstanding performance at the Boiling Springs Festival of Bands this past Saturday!
The band earned 3rd place in Division 2, and the Color Guard took home 1st place in Division 2.
